TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Edit and turnaround time is as follows  

Client will receive a file with all unedited jpgs within 1-2 business days at which client has 24 hrs to select the photos they want edited 

Client will receive those edited photos within 8-10 business days

extra edits:  $10 each 

any creative edit upon request is $30 an image

next day turn around time $50 fee

All photos and videos are subject to any marketing or promotion by Jwoovisuals

 

TIME POLICY:

There is a 15 min grace period for all sessions after those 15 mins have passed and the client has not shown up or sent a message, the appointment is automatically canceled and can not be rescheduled or refunded

please respect the scheduled time

 

RESCHEDULE:

Once the session date is set client must reschedule the new date within the week and this must be done 24 hrs in advance of the (original date) to avoid losing their deposit 

CLIENT CAN ONLY RESCHEDULE 1 TIME UNDER THE SAME DEPOSIT

 

PAYMENT:

After we have discussed your vision the client is required to make a $50 deposit to book an session

Deposit can be made through CASHAPP, APPLE PAY or ZELLE

Cashapp: $daseanwoo​

remaning balance must be paid the day of the shoot that amount can be made via Zelle, CashApp, ApplePay or in cash

 

STUDIO INFO:

Studio provides a changing room and

multiple props are available 

Client can only bring up to 1 guest to accompany them during the shoot.

anything broken or damaged at the studio will need to be paid to the owner (per studios policy)

 

OTHER INFO:

Client will receive the studio address once the deposit has been sent 

client must show up makeup, hair, and prop ready 

any locations out side of Little Rock will be an additional charge 

all images and edits are sent in a file through Adobe Lightroom or Dropbox

Files will be deleted within a month from the receiving time so it's recommended for clients to download all their images.

 

NO REFUND FOR DEPOSITS OR FINAL PAYMENTS 

MAKE SURE TO READ ALL INFORMATION TO BE AWARE OF WHAT YOU'RE BOOKING

ANY LOCATION THAT CHARGES AN ENTRY FEE WILL NEED TO BE PAID BY CLIENT
